Terms of Service

1. Copyright
All images on this site are the property of Ryan Sabandal unless otherwise stated. Clients who have commissioned a shoot are considered co-owners of their final, delivered images and may use them within the agreed usage terms. Images may not be downloaded, copied, or used by others without permission.

2. Client Galleries
Client galleries are intended for viewing, downloading, and selecting images. Access is restricted to the client and their authorized parties. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

3. Usage Rights
Clients are granted usage rights as discussed in their contract or agreement. Commercial use, resale, or third-party distribution of images is not allowed without explicit permission.

4. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Edits & Revisions
Final photos are delivered as edited images. Additional edits or revisions may be subject to extra fees.
